The Application Process

Start Online Submission

Begin by completing our simple online application form with details about your child and your family. This helps us understand your child’s needs and interests.

Submit The Form

Once your form is complete, submit it online. You will receive a confirmation that your application has been received.

Application Review

Our admissions team carefully reviews your submission to ensure we have all the necessary information and assesses the best fit for your child.

Gather Required Documents

Prepare and submit the necessary documents, including:

  • Your child’s birth certificate

  • Parent/guardian ID

  • Proof of residence, etc.

Submit Documents

Submit all required documents to our admissions office and pay the non-refundable application fee. This step confirms your child’s application is complete and ready for final review.

Final Admission Decision

After reviewing the application and supporting documents, our team will provide a decision. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Acceptance with enrolment instructions and next steps.

Things To Know and Requirements

These are the registration requirements for all learners at Kingstree Private School.

Important: If your child does not have a  South African birth certificate with an ID number, you must provide a copy of your child’s Passport or Asylum.

  • Passport Size Photo for Child (x2)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (x1)
  • Registration Fee (R700 non-refundable in cash)
  • ID/ Passport Copy of Parents or Guardian (x1)
  • Copy of Health Card (Immunisation Page)
  • Proof of Employment (Payslip or 3-month Bank Statement) not older than Three (3) Months (x1)
  • Proof of Residence not older than Three (3) months (x1)
  • Grade R Certificate and Report (For Grade 1 Application)
  • Previous School Report and Transfer Letter (From Grade 2 upwards)

    Leaner Information





    Grade R Readiness Notice:
    Grade R learners should be turning 5 by 30 June of the year of admission. Learners must be toilet trained and ready to participate in a structured foundation phase learning programme.


    Grade 7 Admission Notice:
    Grade 7 is a senior foundation year. Academic readiness, conduct, and preparedness for high school expectations may be considered during the placement process.
